1. 5 San Antonio billionaires are the richest in the world, says Forbes. According to Forbes, there has “never been a better time to be a billionaire” than in 2026, and the publication's newest World’s Billionaires List has revealed the five San Antonians who are among the wealthiest worldwide.
2. Mambo Seafood suddenly closes another San Antonio restaurant. Houston-based chain Mambo Seafood is continuing its chaotic journey through San Antonio. Just six months after opening, the restaurant group has closed its Las Palmas location at 719 Castroville Rd.
3. Swanky Fredericksburg development ropes in fashion, food, and art. Fredericksburg's most anticipated new development, The Meuse, has lassoed in three new tenants for its anticipated 2027 opening.
4. Healthy casual chain returns to San Antonio after temporary closure. A major restaurant is making a comeback. Fast-casual bistro Bellagreen will reopen in June after going on hiatus to ride out the construction disruptions at 1900 Broadway.

5. Award-winning Hill Country brewery pours last pint. Bear King Brewing Co. in Marble Falls closed on Saturday, March 7, mere weeks after winning gold in a statewide competition.
