Whiskey Cake Kitchen & Bar is now offering happy hour specials from 3-6 pm and reverse happy hour from 9-11 pm. Almost all of your hours can be happy with bar bites at $5 or less, an old fashioned for $5, $2 draft beers, and signature cocktails for $2 off. Happy indeed.
Head to Hop and Vine for another Glass Night — buy the beer, keep the glass. On Tuesday, December 6, the gastropub is partnering with Southerleigh Brewing Co. to tap Gold Export Lager. Get there early to snag one of the branded, stemmed beer glasses.
Grab a glass of scotch to ring in the holidays. Sustenio is hosting a Glenmorangie dinner on Thursday, December 8. Expect amazing courses like quail, lamb, and Akaushi beef filet paired with the finest whiskey from Glenmorangie.
Bakery Lorraine's Christmas treats have arrived. Both locations, at the Historic Pearl and the Medical Center, will have various treats, including eggnog and gingerbread macarons, chocolate-covered gingerbread men, and chocolate peppermint tarts. Get them before they're gone.
The Pearl's newest hangout, Jazz, TX, has a special lineup of Christmas shows to pair with a seasonal menu of winter-themed eats and drinks. New additions include the rattlesnake mac and cheese with rabbit/rattlesnake sausage and the boozy eggnog cocktail, Siesta 'Till Work.
