Cured at Pearl hosts three-time James Beard finalist chef Steve McHugh and chef Patxi Sumarraga. As a leader in the slow food movement, Sumarraga will craft a dinner of Iberian cuisine complete with Spanish wine pairings. The Day of Olive Oil at Hotel Emma
Discover the magic behind the Mediterranean's culinary cornerstone at this extradorinary event. Beginning at 10:30 am, Hotel Emma offers two sessions where guests can watch a documentary on the delicate craft of making Spanish olive oil followed by a tasting activity. From noon-8 pm, the hotel’s gourmet market will serve tapas dishes highlighting the rich flavors of Spanish olive oil, followed by a formal dinner at Supper. Tickets for each session are $25 and $50 for the dinner at Supper with reservations.

A Trip to Italy: Taste of Piedmont at Pesto Ristorante-Olmos Park

Starting at 7:30 pm, this remarkable event offers attendees a chance to learn about our ferocious predecessors from renowned paleontologist, Dr. Thomas Adams, followed by beer and cocktails provided by Alamo Beer and V Bar Mixologist, including collossal bites from Slider Provider and Cousins Maine Lobster. Busted Sandal’s Kickoff to Summer Party at Busted Sandal Brewing Company
Join Busted Sandal for an epic summer kick off and kick back with exciting seasonal brews and summertime activities. From noon to 10 pm, the Corner will be serving up $4 beer all-day long, along with live music, food trucks, and free paletas to round out the evening. Attendees can also unleash their inner abuela in a heated chancla (sandal) throwing contest or cool off with a 37-foot Slip 'N Slide.
Summer Open House at Ranger Creek Brewing & Distilling
Ranger Creek is opening its doors for an exciting summer block party complete with games, music, and tasty eats from 5-9 pm. Enjoy plenty of ice-cold local brew or resfreshing frozen bourbon and Cokes. Admission is $10 including three drink tickets and bites from Twisted Traditions-SA and Slider Provider. The Brewery will also have two special kegs of test brews to sample and five cask beers.
