Pennsylvania-based Bruster’s Real Ice Cream should complete construction on its first Alamo City location by the end of August.

4. Everything to know about celebrity chef's new San Antonio restaurant. A celebrity chef known for Netflix’s The Final Table and the Food Network’s Chopped has plans for San Antonio. Graham Campbell will soon launch a San Antonio version of his Edinburgh, Texas restaurant, Castlehill Bistro.
5. Tom Cruise stops by AMC Rivercenter during San Antonio visit. Tom Cruise visited Military City on May 22, signing autographs at Joint Base San Antonio before heading to a packed early screening of Mission Impossible — The Final Reckoning. There were no pyrotechnics or flashy stunts, but the Hollywood superstar delivered plenty of dazzle.
