All the delicious deals to savor during San Antonio Restaurant Weeks

Three-course brunch is on the menu.
The gray days of January have a way of interfering with the most heartfelt resolutions. Perhaps the period of seasonal affective disorder and post-holiday boredom isn’t the best time to make significant changes. Blow off Veganuary, throw a wet blanket on Dry January, and indulge in Culinaria’s San Antonio Restaurant Weeks, held January 18 to February 1.
The biannual act of self-care features three-course meals from $20-$55 and helps local restaurants during one of their slowest months. Pick an eatery from our list below — or browse dozens of choices on the official site. Plus, check out some Fredericksburg restaurants that are participating for the first time. We can’t think of a better way to beat the winter doldrums.
Aldino at the Vineyard
The creeping cold calls for hearty mains, not wispy salads. This Italian-American joint delivers a prix fixe with an entree choice of chicken, duck, or redfish. Or better yet, a duet of beef lasagna paired with veal cannelloni. $30.
Battalion
This Southtown haunt allows guests to choose their own adventure with 11 mix-and-match options, including spinach dumplings, chicken Parmesan, a New York strip, and s’mores panna cotta. $45.
Benjie’s Munch
Grab a quick lunch or dinner at this fast-casual favorite. The temptations include crunchy appetizers, beefy sandwiches and burgers, and hand-cut sides. $20.
Boudro’s Texas Bistro
This River Walk bistro is always a Restaurant Weeks standby thanks to its luxury lunches and dinners. This year is no different with dishes like braised short rib, lobster bisque, and dulce de leche custard. $30 for lunch, $55 for dinner.
Box Street All Day
Both locations of this brunch bastion are participating in the annual promotion. Start with a latte and handmade donut, then choose entrees like eggs Benedict or a Brussels sprout hash. $25.

Breakaway Brewing
The lunch offering at this brewery doesn’t include beer, but the smart set will still want to pair a cold one with a chicken Gorgonzola sandwich. $20.
Camp Outpost
This campy Southtown restaurant’s choices include juicy burgers, fish tacos, and rotisserie chicken. More importantly, the fixed price covers beverages, from nonalcoholic options to a cocktail flight. $35.
Copa Wine Bar
This downtown bar plans to spoil its patrons rotten during Restaurant Weeks. The feast’s cost includes a charcuterie plate or two appetizers, a 12-inch pizza, and a bottle of wine. $45.
Costa Pacifica
Leave the decisions to the chefs during restaurant week. This seafood spot offers marinero rice, chamorro al guajillo, and flan de elote for both lunch and dinner. $35.

Dean’s Steak & Seafood
This swanky chophouse is all in this year, serving lunch, brunch, and dinner. The heritage petite filet served during the evening might be the biggest bargain. $25-$55.
Dough Pizzeria Napoletana
The identical menu at both locations is centered on — what else? — pizza. Salads, meatballs, and classic Italian desserts fill in the gap. $25-$35.
Four Brothers
Omni La Mansión del Rio’s resident restaurant mixes Southern and French dishes for its prix fixe. Bon appetit, y’all. $30.
Frederick’s Bistro
This Alamo City classic global menu features German schnitzel, French frog’s legs, and pan-Asian Brussels sprouts. $55.

Full Goods Diner
Brunch it up with a frittata or sup on a roasted chicken sandwich. Either way, you’ll enjoy a cinnamon cardamom coffee cake. Say that three times fast! Price unavailable.
Galpão Gaucho
Yes, you can still hit up the incredible salad and hot bars. $35 for dinner, $45 for lunch.
Jardín
Visit the San Antonio Botanical Garden, then build a Mediterranean spread. Price unavailable.
The Jerk Shack

This Pearl stunner is vegetarian-friendly, with options like smoked beet yogurt dip, shakshuka, and mushroom shawarma. $30 for lunch, $45 for dinner.

In addition to a brunch deal, this place offers two dinner options. Choose from a Caribbean or Spanish-inspired menu. $25 for brunch. $45-$55 for dinner.
Outlaw Kitchens
As usual, this unsung hero goes above and beyond for restaurant weeks with a changing menu. Week one features schnitzel, and week two showcases chimichurri steak. $55.
Paloma Blanca
Sadly, no ‘09 margaritas are included in the price of this lunch. But the money saved on chiles relleno and enchiladas covers the extra expense. $20.

Pharm Table
Okay, we will allow for some healthy eating during restaurant weeks. From ferments to carrots to salmon, chef Elizabeth Johnson does it best. $55.
Sari-Sari
Lots of lumpia, chicken adobo, and halo halo await bargain seekers this month. $20 for lunch, $35 for dinner.
Supper

Layer up to experience this rooftop menu. The lobster crispy rice, however, will make up for the shivers. $55.
