Bill Miller launches new line of San Antonio Fiesta gear

Both Fiesta tops are $36.
Bill Miller Bar-B-Q has spent more than 70 years perfecting the art of the combo meal, but it turns out it also has range. The beloved San Antonio chain is getting into the fashion business with a pair of must-have Fiesta tops.
The restaurant took to social media to promote its newest limited-edition drop, saying it was “serving Fiesta style all szn long!”
The guayabera is ribboned in the chain’s signature brick red, woven with the familiar cow, pig, and chicken characters. Each of the four pockets has floral detailing for even more Battle of the Flowers bona fides.
The blusa, meanwhile, is much more colorful, with a rainbow of embroidery accenting the center logo. Orange whipstitching accents the sleeves and yoke. It’s a good match for Bill Miller’s 2026 Fiesta medal featuring a Rubik’s Cube-inspired design.
Both shirts are available in inclusive sizes for youths and adults. The blouse is available in sizes up to 3X, and the button-up sizes are available up to 2X. All retail for $36, regardless of the fit, and are available online.
The festive tops aren’t the first time the barbecue chain has traded chicken strips for style. In 2021, it introduced an ugly Christmas sweater. And the trio of animals is featured on a custom needlepoint belt. But it has long made merch for Fiesta. It’s papel picado from 2025 almost instantly sold out.
Recently, San Antonio businesses have been getting more creative with their gear. In October 2025, H-E-B became a viral sensation for selling heavy metal-inspired tees. Whataburger has taken it even further, collaborating with Texas brands on rodeo-inspired capsule collections and even custom-stitched boots.
