Who says brunch can only be enjoyed on the weekends? With the arrival of Snooze, an A.M. Eatery, you'll have the freedom to eat breakfast and brunch every day of the week.
The Colorado-based chain will open its first San Antonio location on March 1 at Alamo Quarry Market. It has opened outposts in Austin and Houston this year as well.
The menu at Snooze ranges from sweet and decadent to savory and healthy. Highlights include pineapple upside down pancakes, chilaquiles Benedict, and a breakfast pot pie. Snooze also encourages custom orders, so guests are invited to get creative with their substitutions and requests.
As tasty as the food is, nothing quite compares to Snooze's unique cocktails. Sure, mimosas are great, but wouldn't breakfast be better with the Boss Hog (bacon-infused bourbon and house Bloody Mary mix) or a Morning Marg made (Espolon Blanco tequila, orange liqueur, and house sour and lime)?
In addition to serving brunch seven days a week, Snooze plans to work with local purveyors and is "eager to partner with a few of San Antonio’s local charities to further their missions," says CEO David Birzon in a release.
The restaurant will be open 6:30 am to 2:30 pm daily.
