Opening Soon
Acclaimed San Antonio chef Jason Dady reveals new restaurant opening soon

Hungry from something new? A Spanish restaurant from acclaimed San Antonio chef Jason Dady will open Tuesday, September 20, next to Shuck Shack.
The Bin Tapas Bar is inspired by Dady's now-closed Bin 555 which, after a brief stint as Umai Mi, became Tre Enoteca in 2015.Dady, Chef of the Year winner in our 2016 Tastemaker Awards, promises to deliver authentic flavors from Barcelona.
The menu features traditional dishes like tortilla Españolaand seasoned octopus. Old favorites from Bin 555, including the serrano-wrapped blue cheese dates, will return. Expect large pig roasts and paella on the weekends.
The all-Spanish wine list will be best enjoyed with playful porron service (more on that here). A wide range of gin and tonics and mojitos round out the beverage program.
The Bin joins Tre Trattoria, Tre Enoteca, Shuck Shack, Two Bros. BBQ Market, and B&D Ice House as the sixth concept from the Jason Dady Restaurant Group. Look for The Bin in the old Bakery Lorraine space at 511 E. Grayson St.
Hours are Tuesday through Thursday from 3-11 pm and Friday and Saturday from 3 pm to midnight.
