This Southtown great delivers on both the food and the wine. A favorite of just about everyone in the neighborhood, and anyone who has ever dined there, the award-winning wine list makes this a perfect wine sipping spot.

Grey Moss Inn
This cozy spot has a reputation for being one of the most romantic restaurants in town and their frequent wine dinners showcase some of the best wines as stars. The extensive wine list has regular updates, so you are sure to find the perfect complement to your meal.

Supper at Hotel Emma
Though you don’t need another reason to fall in love with Supper, the extensive and powerful list of great wines has been perfectly selected to match the food. If wine isn’t your thing, the nice mix of relevant beer and carefully crafted cocktails are worthy alternatives. Supper is the place to be for well-thought imbibing.

Sustenio
Stephan Pyles’ restaurant featuring modern Texas cuisine hosts what could be considered one of the most impressive wine selections, featured in a glass-enclosed wine room that is available for private dining. Of course, the wine is available to all, and a knowledgeable staff is available to assist with the selections. A $5 wine social hour every day from 3-5 pm offers the choice of a Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir, or Chardonnay. Definitely our choice of social hour.

Bob’s Steak & Chop House
This place has the perfect pairings for anything and everything on the steakhouse menu. Wine specials keep this bar busy with pairings all evening. Just say yes to the steak with the bolder wine. We did.

Ruth’s Chris
A restaurant synonymous with special-occasion dining must have a wine list to deliver on that promise, and Ruth’s Chris does indeed deliver. Whether your preference is big, bold, bubbles, or bourbon, they have it all and do so with style to boot.
