Monday, August 6 

Meadow Eatery + Bar Pop-up at Cullum's Attagirl
Star culinary couple Chef Patrick “PJ” Edwards and Lindsay Edwards will present a special preview of their new seasonal Texas-Southern concept, Meadow Eatery + Bar, which opens at the Alley on Bitters in September. Pop-up patrons can taste elevated comfort classics like Gulf royal red shrimp and Barton Springs Mill yellow grits while getting a sneak peek at Meadow's seasonally rotating menu. The pop-up will run from 6-10 pm.

Behind the Glass Series with Desert Door at Hotel Emma
Join the Hotel Emma at its Sternewirth Tavern & Club Room for a unique tasting and learning session with Desert Door Texas Sotol. Led by one of the distillery’s founders, Ryan Campbell, sample and discover the ancient origins and history behind Mexico's famed spirit — long distilled by the locals of the Chihuahuan Desert — and learn more about Desert Door’s own unique process. The event begins at 6 pm, and tickets  are $10.

Cibolo Creek Brewing Welcome Party at The Hoppy Monk 
Family owned and operated, Texas Hill Country brewery Cibolo Creek joins The Hoppy Monk for a tapping showcase and chance to meet the family behind the brews. Sample from a variety of tappings, along with cabrito tacos and specialty goat sourced from Windy Hill Foods, an organic and sustainably minded Texas farm owned by Cibolo Creek’s head brewer, Ty Wolosin.

National Lazy Day at The Rustic
Relax, put your feet up, and sip on chill brews in celebration of the most low-maintenance holiday in America. Austin’s Uncle Billy’s Smokehouse & Brewery will be in town and serving its signature Lazy Day Lager while patrons do absolutely nothing but eat, drink, and listen to live music.

Ranger Creek presents this exciting rollout of delicious new cocktails paired with mouthwatering lobster rolls for a beyond flavorful evening event. With the rolls provided by Cousin’s Maine Lobster, patrons can try Ranger Creek’s debut cocktails — just added to the menu — along with other signature spirits and brews. Doors open at 5 pm, and kids and pets are welcome under supervision.

A neighborhood favorite for all-American food and drink, The Pigpen is pulling out all the stops for the Texas-sized Southern Brunch Buffet. From 10 am to noon, the restaurant will be serving up all-you-can-eat essential breakfast eats and Southern staples like brisket, cheese grits, homemade biscuits, fried catfish, and collard greens.
