Mom deserves all the freebies, and this year that's not limited to just food and drink. We've rounded up some of the best offerings for the May 9 holiday (including the weekend that surrounds it), and they range from complimentary Champagne to cool gifts to fun classes you and Mom can take together.

No matter what type of mother figures you have in your life, they're bound to find something they like here.

SweetFire Kitchen
This restaurant at La Cantera Resort & Spa is offering a Mother’s Day brunch with an array of favorite dishes plus Gulf Coast oysters for $70 per person. And $5 of each brunch purchased will go to Christy’s Hope, benefiting the San Antonio Battered Women’s & Children’s Shelter. The first 50 moms will also receive a small floral bouquet from locally owned Blume Haus florist, which will have a pop-up shop at the resort on Saturday to provide guests with any last-minute Mother’s Day gifts. Gift certificates to La Cantera’s award-winning Loma de Vida Spa are also available in any dollar amount.

Bakery Lorraine
From flower boxes to fruit tarts, Bakery Lorraine and its partner, The Vintage Bouquet, are sure to have the perfect gift for Mom. The Flower Box includes an assortment of six Parisian macarons that include raspberry, pistachio, and Almond Joy flavors ($35) and is decorated with fresh flowers. The Petite Bouquet is a fresh bouquet of flowers and includes 12 macarons, including raspberry, pistachio, blueberry violet, and Almond Joy flavors ($60). There are no substitutions for either of these packages. Treat Mom to a special breakfast in bed with Bakery Lorriane's savory quiches, with the large version (serves eight) available for $40. There's also a delicious fruit tart filled with a creamy vanilla mascarpone and topped with fresh fruit. The large fruit tart is available for $26. The last day to place an order is Wednesday, May 5, by noon. Order pickups will be available Saturday, May 8, or Sunday, May 9, between 9 am-5 pm at all locations.

Carrabba's Italian Grill
The following dishes are available for dine-in, car-side carryout, and delivery starting on Tuesday, May 4. Featured entrees include Salmon Saporito, Chicken Bryan, and Mezzaluna (half-moon ravioli with chicken, ricotta, Romano, and spinach in a tomato cream sauce). End the meal on a sweet note with either the Sogno Di Cioccolata "Chocolate Dream" or tiramisu. And don't forget about the featured cocktails: peach sangria and Tuscan lemonade. If you're also planning to give a gift card, note that you get a $10 e-gift card for every $50 spent.

Boudro's Texas Bistro
From 11 am-10 pm on May 9, you can dine on this River Walk staple's regular menu items, as well as dishes from a special menu just for the day. The three-course meal begins with your choice of lobster bisque or baby kale and spinach salad, an entree of pan-roasted red snapper, and the Poteet strawberries and warm cornmeal pound cake for dessert. La Panaderia
With a recently opened third location in La Cantera Heights, La Panaderia is serving up brunch all over the Alamo City. Treat Mom to a delicious brunch and try one of the quirky new croissants: The Elvis, made with peanut butter whipped cream, bananas, and bacon. Brunch to go is also an option, complete with a mimosa kit so Mom doesn’t miss out on the fun. Don’t forget a bag of pan dulce for the road.

Boiler House
On Sunday, May 9, Boiler House will offer a special chef-curated brunch menu from 10 am-4 pm. Menu offerings can be found online and on Boiler House’s social media pages. Menu prices range from $15 to $30 for an entree.

Botika
Treat Mom to a much-needed glass of bubbly. Botika at Pearl is offering one free glass of Champagne for all mothers. Reservations are highly encouraged and menu prices range between $15-$45. Botika serves inventive takes on traditional dishes from across Asia and Latin America.

Grimaldi's Pizzeria
Show your mom some love with a gift card to her favorite neighborhood pizzeria. Up until May 3, earn a $20 bonus card for every $50 gift card purchased. Additionally, those looking to dine in on Mom's special day will enjoy a couple of new cocktails, including a top shelf guava margarita and a peach Bellini.

Copa Wine Bar
Take advantage of the Mother’s Day sale on sangria and wine to go on Saturday, May 8, from 3-11 pm. Offerings include homemade sangria half gallons for $15, and half off sparkling wine.

The Good Kind
Enjoy a special Mother’s Day brunch in this spacious garden lounge from 11 am-4 pm on Sunday, May 9. Festivities include a DJ and botanical cocktails.

Bistr09
Order an elegant three-course Mother's Day brunch on May 9 from 11 am-3 pm for $45 per person. Guests can choose from luxurious brunch options like eggs Benedict and lobster with asparagus risotto. Reservations are encouraged and can be made via the website.

SA Seafood
Here, there's a $45 combo dinner for two with three different options on May 9 from 11 am-9 pm. Combo options include fan favorite items like boiled snow crab and a variety of shrimp dishes.

Volare Italian Restaurant
Enjoy a complementary slice of this pizzeria's delicious cheesecake for every mom that dines here on May 9 from noon-9 pm.

Crepeccino
All mothers receive complimentary gelato with the purchase of an entree on May 9 from 10 am-9 pm.

The Dooryard
Moms get a complimentary glass of Champagne with the purchase of a brunch entree on May 9 starting at 10 am. There is also have a special brunch dessert available, a coconut panna cotta with candied strawberry.

San Antonio's only 100 percent spirit-free cocktail bar proudly embraces the temperance movement year-round. St. Isidore the farmer performed many miracles throughout his life — the restaurant that bears his name at the Pullman Market pays homage to the saint's miracles through its robust cocktail and zero-proof menu. Typically served with a blend of tequila and mezcal cupreata, the Maravilla Margarita can be modified with non-alcoholic Almave blanco, backyard chilis, peach, and a touch of lime. The zero-proof version of the Labrador Spritz involves a Tenneyson non-alcoholic black ginger aperitif, a dash of locally sourced Holdman honey, mineral water, and non-alcoholic sparkling wine.

Idle Beer Hall & Brewery

Idle Beer Hall's Southside mocktail with Ritual zero proof gin and lime is among one of many zero-proof options on the River North haunt's Dry January menu. Other highlights include a Spanish gin and tonic (alcohol-free, of course), a beachside fizz, and a French twist.

Continually demonstrating that you don't have to be boozy to be buzzworthy, Box St. All Day has plenty of zero-proof drink options year-round. Imbibe on refreshing beverages with cheeky names like the Topa Chica, the Endless Summer with a Ritual tequila alternative, a Cabana Cooler with Ritual rum, and more.

Mixtli

For locals lucky enough to snag a seat at San Antonio's sole Michelin-starred restaurant, Mixtli's bar program features multiple zero-proof options year-round that are a treat for the eyes and palate. Observing Mixtli's bar manager Lauren Beckman's assiduous dedication to craft cocktails, both boozy and spirit-free, is a treat in itself. Down on Grayson

Sip on a spicy blackberry lemonade or a prickly pear "No"-jito at this classic Pearl Brewery haunt. Down on Grayson is another San Antonio eatery that offers zero-proof beverages well past Dry January. Other non-alcoholic options, including the Strawberry Basil Smash and blood orange creme soda, are all reasonably priced at $7.

Pharm Table

Famous for their dedication to Ayuverda-inspired recipes and a mean N/A-groni, Pharm Table has multiple non-alcoholic options for guests participating in Dry January — or just choosing to abstain from alcohol anytime throughout 2025. Other highlights include a zero-proof margarita with aloe, a Golden Hour spirit-free cocktail, wellness shots, and more.

Fermenteria
2243 E. Commerce St.
This unique Eastside taproom features a menu of hard water kefir drinks. Some of the probiotic sparkling beverages have alcohol in them, but Fermenteria also has three non-alcoholic options for guests. The Butterfly Blossom — featuring butterfly pea tea, rose hips, and strawberry extract — doesn't need a drop of alcohol for oomph. Other zero-proof flavors include pineapple coconut and strawberry lime tulsi.

The Moon's Daughers

The Thompson Hotel's popular rooftop getaway has two picturesque beverages, sans booze. There's the passionfruit-focused Pluto's Revenge, with Lyre's dry gin, and a Topo Chico-focused drink with prickly pear infusion, aptly named the, "Feeling Prickly," drink.
