McNay Art Museum presents Andy Warhol: “Portraits”
Iconic work by the late pop artist Andy Warhol make their McNay Art Museum debut. “Portraits” features more than 120 paintings, prints, videos, photographs, and films that capture the unmistakable genre coined by the artist himself. Guests can view pieces that showcase a snapshot of New York’s art and social scene beginning in the 1960s through the 1980s, while also catching an unprecedented glimpse into Warhol’s personal life. Following its opening, the exhibition will be on display through September 15.
Broadway in San Antonio presents The Play That Goes Wrong
Award-winning smash comedy The Play That Goes Wrong makes the jump across the pond from London to the Majestic Theatre stage. Audiences can experience a hilarious murder mystery that is abundant with mishaps and mania. Performances through June 23. Select tickets are still available.
