With Christmas and New Year’s right around the corner, this week is overflowing with holiday spirit. Sip, eat, and party your way through a wonderful week of festivities from a delightfully tacky Christmas party to an unexpected pairing dinner.

Tuesday, December 18 

Woodford Reserve Pairing Dinner at Paesanos
Wine dinners are a dime a dozen. Set out on a new pairing adventure with Bourbon. Paesanos’ general manager will draw from his personal selection for this one-of-a-kind feast featuring a special guest appearance from Woodford Reserve assistant master distiller Elizabeth O’Neil. Posada at Pearl
The Pearl is bringing back its popular Christmas Posada for a second year. Beginning at 6 pm, trek across the grounds in a ceremonial reenactment of Mary and Joseph’s pilgrimage to Bethlehem, while singing along to traditional mariachi music. The evening concludes with a festive celebration, featuring children’s crafts, piñatas and delicious eats from Ms Chocolatier, San Antonio Buñuelo Co., True Flavors Catering, ChurroStar TX, and more.

Ugly Christmas Sweater Contest at the Hangar
Arrive in your flashiest and cringiest Christmas attire for a chance to win big at this festive holiday party. Don’t feel like dressing up? Attendees can still get in the holly jolly spirit by enjoying specials all night and tastings of seasonal favorites like boozy hot chocolate to spiked egg nog. Festivities begin at 7 pm, and ugly sweater contest begins at 9:30 pm.
