Round Table Pizza forges new San Antonio restaurant near Stone Oak

Round Table Pizza is opening a new San Antonio outpost.
Round Table Pizza is on a crusade to conquer San Antonio’s dining scene. The Camelot-themed chain is opening a new pizzeria at 23522 Wilderness Oak #101 near Stone Oak. Guests can expect cheesy pies and royal service in early 2026.
Although Round Table restaurants now have fun with Medieval branding, the name has more literal roots. When founder William R. Larson opened his first pizzeria in Menlo Park, California, he named it after the redwood tables he had handcrafted with his father. The feudal flourishes came later, after a friend sketched a picture of his pizza being enjoyed by an Arthurian court.
Now owned by Atlanta-based Fat Brands, the company behind Fatburger, Marble Slab Creamery, and Johnny Rocket’s, the brand is rapidly expanding throughout Texas. San Antonio snagged its first Round Table Pizza at 842 NW Loop 410 #110 in 2022.
Round Table’s pies use a unique blend of mozzarella, cheddar, and provolone. The styles don’t break the mold of what most customers expect from a pizza parlor, but the franchise does have some fun with naming. The veggie pizza is dubbed Guinevere’s Garden Delight, and the all-ingredient pie is knighted King Arthur’s Supreme.
Appetizers like garlic Parmesan twists and boneless wings round off the menu, and the restaurants usually have a salad bar. Unlike some pizza chains, Round Table also sells beer, wine, and popular cocktails like margaritas and mojitos.
Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation filings estimate that the new restaurant will be ready for business by January. The chain currently has two locations in San Antonio. The original location shuttered earlier in 2025.
