Learn the secrets behind the restaurant’s take on the Spanish classic, an acclaimed recipe hailing from the southeastern Spanish coastal city of Valencia. Range on the River Dinner Cruise
Taking riverfront dining to the next level, Range is partnering with Go Rio Cruises for an elegant three-course dinner and tour of the San Antonio River Walk. While cruising down the city’s historic waterway, guests will indulge in an exceptional menu of dishes from chef Jason Dady’s kitchen, including chopped salad, housemade blueberry muffins, a choice of Texas bobwhite quail, market fish, or petite filet, and Mississippi mud pie for dessert. First Thursday Night Market at The Pearl
One of the city’s favorite farmers markets takes a trip to Spain for this month's installment. As part of The Pearl’s summer-long Olé, San Antonio programming, the world-renowned singer Chayito Champion will enchant patrons with a passionate flamenco performance accompanied by the Los Flamencos de San Antonio dance troupe. To get market-goers the right mood for the legendary performance, Cured, Lick Honest Ice Creams, Larder, and Jazz, TX will host happy hours during the night. The market opens to the public from 4-8 pm.

SA Hatch Lager Brewery Release at Ranger Creek Brewing & Distilling
Ranger Creek hosts this sizzling release party for its new Hatch Lager — a flavorful brew with just the right amount of spice. Spend the evening sipping on micheladas and frozen “beeritas” while munching on perfectly paired eats from the on-site gourmet food truck. Doors open at 5 pm, and the brewery will be raffling off six-packs of the new brew all night.

Second Annual Frozen Treats Fest at St. Paul Square
This super chill fest brings together the top sweet treat vendors in all of Alamo City. A much-needed midsummer cool off, the exciting event offers refreshing delights for kids of all ages to enjoy including milkshakes, snow cones, sundaes, frozen margaritas, and mangonadas. While satisfying your sweet tooth, rock to all-day live music from The Tailgaters and Colorblog, get competitive with carnival games, or score custom finds from local craft vendors. Tickets are $15 for adults and $5 for kids and come with a “Passport to Frozen Treats” to sample all 15 vendors. A portion of the ticket sales benefits RAICES, the largest immigration services provider in Texas.
Fourth Annual Official Ice Cream of San Antonio Competition at Dorćol Distilling & Brewing Co.
Dorćol and the San Antonio Cocktail Conference are bringing together the best chefs and artisan ice cream makers in the city for a heated battle to create the best frozen treat using Kinsman apricot brandy. Along with the ice-cold main attractions, the brewery will be pouring Kinsman cocktails and HighWheel beers all evening. Attendees can come early to vote for the People’s Choice award, while the expert panel of judges will choose the Helado Borracho, San Antonio’s Official Ice Cream. Admission is $10, and all proceeds will benefit Contemporary Art Month, a local nonprofit. Get your tickets here.
