Chef Jason Dady has a lot going on these days. He's running six concepts, participating in Iron Chef Gauntlet, and now, he has something new in the works.
Next on his radar is a new River Walk restaurant — and CultureMap has the exclusive details. Range is Dady's new steakhouse, slated to open late summer.
The menu will feature Texas meats, Gulf Coast seafood, and wild game. For drinks, look forward to an impressive list of wines, craft cocktails, and local brews, all of which can be enjoyed with views overlooking the River Walk.
Range is the first steakhouse in Dady's restaurant portfolio, but anyone who knows Dady knows he does meat and seafood well. His other concepts include barbecue (Two Bros. BBQ Market, B&D Ice House); Italian (Tre Enoteca, Tre Trattoria); seafood (Shuck Shack); and The Bin Tapas Bar, named the Best New Restaurant in our 2017 Tastemaker Awards.
Range will be located at the Embassy Suites on Houston Street. It will serve lunch and dinner; an exact date will be announced in the coming months.
