Luxe San Marcos outlet center snags 3 new runway-ready shops

Beauty superstore Sephora is coming to the San Marcos Premium Outlets.
San Antonio shoppers looking to update their fall wardrobes or try out a new makeup palette will soon have a few options at the San Marcos Premium Outlets. The expansive shopping center is continuing its flurry of new store openings with the addition of Cuadra, Racing Miami, and Sephora, the development recently announced.
Sephora will likely be the biggest opening, even though there are several outposts in San Antonio, Austin, and a pocket shop inside a New Braunfels Kohl's. The French beauty retailer, owned by luxury conglomerate LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton, stocks everything from designer perfumes to celebrity-backed skincare lines like Hailey Bieber's Rhode and Rare Beauty by Selena Gomez.
Even though it has eight locations in the U.S., Racing Miami is a little more niche. The Florida-based retailer specializes in official merch from Formula 1 drivers and other high-octane gear. Some of the stores feature racing simulators, which would be handy for fans who want to skip the hassle and expense of driving further northward to the Circuit of the Americas race track.
Leather brand Cuadra might be the best-kept secret of the bunch. Founded in León, Mexico, in 1991, the company specializes in high-end boots, belts, and apparel. Many of the designs have a sleek urban cowboy edge, something to keep in mind for the 2026 San Antonio Stock Show and Rodeo.

First opened in 1977, San Marcos Premium Outlets has grown into one of the largest shopping centers in the United States with a jaw-dropping million square feet of retail space. Already home to luxury standard-bearers like Gucci, Versace, and Valentino, the shopping center has seen its frenzied late 2024 store openings continuing into 2025.
Among the newer attractions are French-Italian sportswear supplier Moncler, Italian designer brand Dolce & Gabbana, upscale basics line Rag & Bone, and Paris Jackson-approved streetwear company Zadig & Voltaire.
Shoppers can also indulge in some late-90s nostalgia at Books-a-Million, whose stores now loudly proclaim BAM! Should a spree make anyone peckish, a new Starbucks and Velma & Ruby's Sweet and Sassy Ice Cream now offer some sugary oomph.
San Marcos Premium Outlets did not give an exact opening date for Cuadra, Racing Miami, or Sephora, but all three should be ready to welcome customers by January 2026.
