Audiences will join the characters in this play by Mart Crowley on a journey of self-acceptance, friendship, and authenticity. Performances will take place in the Cellar Theater at San Pedro Playhouse through June 23.

Contemporary at Blue Star presents Xicanx: "Dreamers + Changemakers" opening night
The work of various Xicanx artists is on display at Contemporary at Blue Star. This exhibition features art by artists of Mexican-American origin who identify with the gender-inclusive term, Xicanx. Opening night admission is free and open to the public.
Alamo Kiwanis Club presents Fiesta Noche del Rio
The Alamo Kiwanis Club hosts the Fiesta Noche del Rio series for another summer season at Arneson River Theatre. Highlights include Mariachis, Flamenco guitar, dancing, costumes, food, and more. The series will continue through August 3. Get tickets and a full series schedule at the event website.
Laugh Out Loud Comedy Club presents Desi Banks: The Purpose Chaser Tour
Internet personality and stand-up comedian Desi Banks performs a block of shows at the Laugh Out Loud Comedy Club. He’s best known for his popular viral videos and online skits. Performances are scheduled through June 9.

Garden Ridge Market Days
Shop for fresh provisions, unique gifts, and more while supporting local area farmers and artisans during another installment of Garden Ridge Market Days. Guests can shop more than 130 vendors offering everything from microgreens, grass-fed beef, eggs, nuts, honey, and oils; to candles, jewelry, bath products, boutique clothing, and more. The indoor-outdoor market is held monthly at Northeast Bible Church. Admission is free and open to the public.
Todd Rundgren in concert
Singer-songwriter Todd Rundgren performs live at Charline McCombs Empire Theatre. Rundgren is a former band member of both Utopia and Nazz and has released 27 albums throughout his career as a solo artist. Select tickets are still available.

Alamo City Arts presents Symphony Viva Musical Portraits: Elgar & Rachmaninoff
Experience the music of Symphony Viva for the final time this season at Travis Park Church. The performance will include returning season guest pianist Ta Wei Tsai. Tsai joins Symphony Viva for a performance of Rachmaninoff’s "Piano Concerto No. 2." Tickets are available.
