Majestic Theatre presents Riverdance 30: The New Generation
Irish dancing takes center stage in honor of Riverdance’s 30th Anniversary at Majestic Theatre. The Riot Riverwalk presents Cipha Sounds
Comedian Cipha Sounds showcases his stand-up talents at the Riot Riverwalk Comedy Club this weekend. Chipa is best known for his role as the official DJ of The Chappelle Show. Since then, he’s made a name for himself on the stage and has toured with iconic comedians such as Chappelle and Aziz Ansari. Shows are scheduled through June 20.
Majestic Theatre presents Joe Jackson in concert
British music artist Joe Jackson performs live at Majestic Theatre. The singer-songwriter has grown a worldwide fanbase with a discography spanning more than 4 decades and top songs such as “Steppin’ Out” and “It’s Different For Girls.” Jackson comes to San Antonio in support of his new album, Hope and Fury. Juneteenth Parade
Join in the jubilation of the Juneteenth holiday and be a part of the parade festivities. The route will begin at Sam Houston High School and finish at Comanche Park #2. Attendees can expect community, celebration, and culture as the group traverses through the heart of San Antonio. The parade will also be broadcast by MCs Ronald Gordon of WSAN Radio and Keith Scott of KROV. Participation in the parade is free and open to the public.
Majestic Theatre presents Art Garfunkel in concert
Singer and actor Art Garfunkel performs live in San Antonio for one night only. The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame member and Grammy winner is best known for his work as part of the iconic duo, Simon & Garfunkel. San Antonio Art League + Museum presents "Summer Reflections Art Exhibition" opening reception
The spirit of summer in San Antonio is explored and reflected through the newest art exhibition at San Antonio Art League + Museum. Guests will experience the work of artists, including Andre and Virginia Bally, Billy Keen, and Dona LeCrone Walston specializing in mediums ranging from sculpture to mixed media. Reception admission is free. Following the opening weekend, the exhibition will be on view through August 7.
