Melissa Villaseñor takes up a weekend residence at the Laugh Out Loud Comedy Club. She’s best known for her time as a cast member on Saturday Night Live and for her voiceover acting on Fox’s Family Guy. Tickets are available for all shows now.

San Antonio Botanical Garden presents Illuminate
Tianyu Arts & Culture presents its light exhibition Illuminate at the San Antonio Botanical Garden for the final days. The showcase features large-scale sculptures and light displays that blend art and nature themes into each design. Tickets are available now. Illuminate is open through January 12.

Broadway in San Antonio presents Hadestown
Experience a love story between some of Greek mythology’s most tragic lovers at Majestic Theatre. This Tony Award-winning production features music by singer-songwriter Anaïs Mitchell and a performance by an ensemble of actors, dancers, and singers. Shows are scheduled through January 12.

Frost Bank Center presents Shane Gillis
Comedian Shane Gillis brings his current stand-up tour to the Frost Bank Center. He’s best known for his 2021 self-funded debut special, Shane Gillis: Live in Austin. The Tobin Center presents The Secret of Skinwalker Ranch Live
The popular History Channel show The Secret of Skinwalker Ranch goes live at the Tobin Center for the Performing Arts. The 90-minute experience will feature exclusive details about the team’s experiments and the data collected during the series’ fifth season. Audiences can expect discussions ranging from gateways to other dimensions to close encounters with the unknown.

Saturday, January 11

The Tobin Center presents H-E-B Cinema on the Plaza
The Tobin Center’s outdoor movie series begins its 2025 programming at Will Naylor Smith River Walk Plaza. This month’s screening is the 1953 film, Roman Holiday, starring Audrey Hepburn. Guests are encouraged to arrive early and bring their own lawn chairs or blankets to ensure good outdoor seats. A full bar and concessions will be available to complete the movie night. Admission is free.

Aztec Theatre presents Who's Bad: The Ultimate Michael Jackson Experience
Celebrate the King of Pop and his timeless legacy at Aztec Theatre. Who’s Bad is the longest-running Michael Jackson tribute band, known for their attention to detail and enduring homage to Jackson’s discography. A limited number of tickets are available now.
