Tobin Center presents Fifth Anniversary Gala featuring Gladys Knight
Tobin Center for the Performing Arts hosts an evening of star-studded entertainment in honor of its fifth anniversary. This year’s opulent gala features a special performance by Grammy Award-winning artist Gladys Knight. Día de Los Muertos
Alamo City comes alive during this special Día de Los Muertos celebration at Hemisfair. Also known as Muertos Fest, the two-day event includes live music on two stages, original Day of the Dead art, poetry readings, a drum and puppet procession, and more. Visitors to the family-friendly event can also pay their respects and experience this special tradition at the largest open altar exhibition in the city. Admission is free.
Mala Luna Music Festival
Mala Luna returns for another year with a stacked lineup featuring some of the most buzzworthy names in music. The two-day event includes sets by festival headliners such as Russ, Miguel, Diplo, and Juice Wrld. Additional performers include hip-hop stars DaBaby, Rick Ross, and Playboi Carti. This year also showcases rising female talent in the music industry with confirmed sets by Summer Walker, Ari Lennox, and Houston rapper Megan Thee Stallion, and many more. Goo Goo Dolls in concert
American rockers Goo Goo Dolls stop at Majestic Theatre in support of their new album, Miracle Pill. Since their rise to fame in the ‘90s, the band behind top hits like “Iris” and “Name” has continued to shape the sound of alternative rock while racking up a sizable discography and a global fanbase. Unlikely Candidates join the Goo Goo Dolls as special guests.
