Valero Texas Open
The Valero Texas Open is underway at TPC San Antonio. This precursor competition to the Masters will feature a slew of world-class golfers, including Bryson DeChambeau, Tony Finau, Luke Donald, Lucas Glover, Hideki Matsuyama, Rory McIlroy, Jordan Spieth, and Lee Westwood. Fiesta Fiesta at Hemisfair
Celebrate the beginning of San Antonio’s most festive and culturally-rich season with friends and family at Hemisfair. Highlights of the official Fiesta Opening Ceremony include live entertainment, a military salute, food and drinks, and a fireworks show finale. Admission to this event is free and open to the public.
Fiesta Carnival

Rockefeller Productions and TEG Life Like Touring presents Pixar Putt
Pixar cinema fans are invited to experience their favorite animated films in a new and competitive setting with the opening of Pixar Putt. The 18-hole mini golf course features interactive elements and decor inspired by the stories and characters from some of Disney and Pixar’s top films. Time slots and ticketing options are available on the Pixar Putt website. Pixar Putt is open to the public through May 15.

Chaparral Music & Heritage Festival
San Antonio Parks Foundation hosts the fourth annual Chaparral Music & Heritage Festival at Hemisfair, celebrating the music, flavors, and history of Central and South Texas. Performers run the gamut from Gary P. Nunn to The Last Bandoleros and the United States Air Force Band of the West woodwind quintet. Admission is free.
