Spurs draft 13 new restaurants for 2025-26 culinary residency program

New Spurs Dylan Harper and Carter Bryant won’t have to travel far to sample some of San Antonio’s best restaurants. Frost Bank Center has announced the fifth season of its popular Culinary Residency Program, bringing wings, barbecue, gourmet hot dogs, and more to the arena for the 2025-2026 season.
The 13 selected restaurants will serve out of several locations in the Frost Bank Center, including the balcony-level concourse next to the H-E-B Fan Zone at section 217 and the club level at section 6 in the South Frost Club. A new location outside the ULTRA Club in Section 114 has been added to host a bonus eatery.

This year’s picks cover everything from Japanese fare to desserts, including cult national chain Peach Cobbler Factory. Two of the spots, Sari-Sari Filipino Restaurant and The Dogfather, made it to the roster by a fan vote. The full list includes:
- 375 Social Kitchen
- Alamo Biscuit Company
- Dipped Cheesecakes
- The Dogfather
- Krazy Katsu
- M&M Delicakes
- Peach Cobbler Factory
- Sari-Sari Filipino Restaurant
- Scooped Cookie Dough Bar
- Slow Boogies
- Smokin’ Bros BBQ
- Wiki-licious San Antonio
- Wing Theory
The program isn’t just an opportunity for the restaurants to gain a few new fans. Spurs Sports and Entertainment (SS&E) offers participants mentoring opportunities with industry pros focused on social media, marketing, human resources, and financing. It’s also a valuable “in” at the arena; a few alumni have become permanent fixtures at the Frost Bank Center.
“This program is designed to connect fans with the flavors and traditions that make San Antonio so unique,” said Kevin Barker, Associate Director of Culinary Experience at SS&E, via a release. “Every game becomes a chance to experience a new part of our city’s food scene, and expanding the lineup means even more opportunities to celebrate local talent.”
