The Rose Bush

Frederick's Bistro

The Shavano Park-area French-fusion restaurant has a party room for up to 32 guests at no extra charge. A $250 deposit is required, and separate checks are provided if needed.
Little Italy Restaurant & Pizzeria
824 Afterglow St.
Little Italy has “The Big Apple Room” available for intimate gatherings for anywhere between 25 and 65 people. A minimum guest number is required 72 hours before the reserved day. All events in December require a $250 non-refundable deposit and a guaranteed minimum head count of 40. Pricing is for a full-service buffet. There is also a small semi-private dining room that can accommodate up to 30 diners.
Longhorn Cafe

The local burger joint operates five locations across the San Antonio area, of each of which has a party room that can accommodate more than 10 people. The Boerne Longhorn Cafe can serve up to 100 people.
Copa Wine Bar & Tasting Room

The Stone Oak fixture has a second-floor space that can accommodate more than 40 partygoers. The minimum charge and deposit fees vary depending on the reserved day.
Chicken N Pickle

This buzzy destination has nine event spaces that can accommodate groups ranging from 20 to 1,000 revelers. Chicken N Pickle offers 11 pickleball courts, two bocce ball courts, four shuffleboard courts, full-service bars, and on-site catering. The venue will again also host a “holiday hideaway” pop-up bar complete with winter lodge vibes, seasonal cocktails, and outdoor fire pits.
The Little Red Barn

A South Side landmark, Little Red Barn specializes in a plethora of steak dishes. There are two large dining rooms available for private parties. The north patio can seat up to 180 diners; the south patio can accommodate up to 250.
Rosario’s ComidaMex & Bar
722 S. St. Mary’s St.
The 2023 relocation of Rosario’s within the King William Historic District has afforded it a larger space including four private dining spaces. The La Caliza room, featuring a caliche wall repurposed from an 1860s-era home that once stood on the site, can seat 30 to 40 diners. La Cha, a semi-private space, is situated next to the downstairs bar and can accommodate 65 to 80 people. The rooftop bar can sit up to 135 revelers. Casa Isabel, preserved from the aforementioned 19th century house, offers a garden entrance, and is available for indoor and outdoor dining options for 50 and 150 partygoers.
The Esquire Tavern

This renowned downtown bar has two party rooms. The entire pub, dining room, and river balcony can be reserved to accommodate a maximum of 175 guests. The downstairs space is used for smaller gatherings, with a 15-seat bar and two semi-private lounges capable of holding 30 guests each.
Max and Louie’s New York Diner

The North Side diner offers a banquet space, the Milly Ray Room, capable of serving nearly 50 guests. Its catering menu features an array of Jewish deli, Italian, and traditional American dishes, as well as breakfast offerings and boxed lunches.
