Why Texas' premier steak house is perfect for private dining

Why Texas' premier steak house is perfect for private dining

For most, the mouthwatering menu and impeccable service at Bob's Steak & Chop House can be enjoyed any day of the week — just show up, and let the masters of meat do what they've been doing so well since 1993.

But sometimes a special occasion — a birthday or anniversary party, rehearsal dinner, engagement soiree, alumni gathering, holiday party, or business event — calls for a little more attention, and that's when private dining becomes the ideal solution.

Each of the 15 Bob's locations has a private dining manager on staff who's ready to check every box and cover every detail, no matter the party's needs or size (most private rooms can accommodate a minimum of 15 guests, and some are large enough for parties of 80-plus). From special menus to A/V connections, every aspect can be customized. All you need to do is ask.

Here are three recent private dining experiences to help illustrate how the Bob's team is always ready to ensure a perfect party.

Last-minute in Fort Worth
One devoted diner came to Bob's with less than 24 hours until her event. The venue she had originally booked wasn't, in fact, large enough to accommodate her party, and she was in desperate need of a replacement space. She viewed the private dining room at the Bob's in Fort Worth, signed the contract, and less than 24 hours later her 30 guests were enjoying a delicious meal. The event went so flawlessly that the host said she would be sure to return to Bob's whenever conducting business in Fort Worth.

Need a space in Fort Worth? Contact Jordan Dickey at 817-350-4100 or jordan.dickey@bobs-steakandchop.com for more information.

Room for a crowd in California
The Bob's in Carlsbad, at the Omni La Costa Resort & Spa, has been entirely bought out twice. If you need the entire dining room, then you can have it — 150 people enjoyed a full plated dinner, with special menu items created just for the event. If you have questions about renting out the entire restaurant in Carlsbad, contact Daniel Hedko at 760-929-6346 or daniel.hedko@bobs-steakandchop.com.

Personalized hospitality in Dallas
To help take the guesswork out of planning a big event, Bob's offers a pre-determined menu that's designed for ease of choice. But if you want a customized experience, the chefs are ready and willing. A repeat guest has utilized this option for the past three years, going as far as to order a suckling pig as the meal's showpiece. No matter if you choose tried-and-true or new-and-different, the Bob's team will pair wine and cocktails with the menu for an amazing overall experience.

To start planning your ideal event, reach out to Jennifer Bohmer at 214-652-4965 or j.bohmer@bobs-steakandchop.com.
