Step inside Julian Champagnie's new $3.1M San Antonio home
Championship ring or not, Julian Champagnie might be around for the long haul. The star San Antonio Spurs forward has purchased a posh new home at 3 Cotswold Ln. in The Dominion.
The property, listed for $3.1 million by Binkan Cinaroglu of Kuper Sotheby's International Realty, was built in 2021 by Burdick Custom Homes. The sprawling, one-story home features five bedrooms, five bathrooms, and an additional half bath — all kept private by a lush canopy of trees.
Both the architectural bones and the finishings are contemporary, designed to flood the interior with light. The interiors offer a “sophisticated palette of white oak flooring, marble, brick-laid porcelain tile, [and] exotic stone surfaces,” according to the listing.
Although Champagnie has been spotted at H-E-B, we don’t know if he actually likes to cook. If he takes up the habit, he’ll have a chef’s cabinet outfitted with Thermador appliances, wine storage, and a massive waterfall island. An additional prep kitchen is outfitted with an additional refrigerator, sink, oven, dishwasher, and microwave. (What? No Nandos?)
Other luxurious amenities include walk-in closets, a garden tub in the en suite primary bathroom, and a game room with a full wet bar. Outside, Champagnie can recover from game day in a pool and spa overlooked by a spacious wood-paneled patio.
It’s anyone’s guess how Juju will decorate his swanky new pad, but the home is filled with some bold design choices like a starburst fixture in the dining room and some colorful blown-glass sconces that resemble, well, wall-mounted bongs. Locals can daydream about decor through the video walkthrough below.
