Coworking chain with rent-by-the-minute space coming to San Antonio
A new coworking concept is set to open a San Antonio-area outpost later this year.
Local entrepreneurs and real estate executives Adolfo and Lisa Guzman have signed an agreement to set up a franchised location of Success Space in suburban San Antonio by this November. Success Space is a coworking concept developed by parent company eXp World Holdings, which operates residential real estate and technology businesses.
Each Success Space location features rent-by-the-minute office space, a café, coaching services, and a “metaverse” collaboration technology called Success World.
Lisa Guzman says the Success Space platform “is absolutely necessary for solopreneurs and other professionals.”
“What separates Success Space is that it doesn’t just work for people in our shoes; you could have your entire company working in one of our locations, or you could be a solopreneur,” she adds. “There’s nothing like this in San Antonio, but there is a major need for a concept like Success Space, and we’re honored to be a part of the brand’s early success by opening its first San Antonio location.”
Success Space is expanding nationally through a franchise model. Aside from San Antonio, the company plans to open locations in the Dallas-Fort Worth suburb of Flower Mound, as well as Birmingham and Huntsville, Alabama; Carmel, Indiana; New Orleans; Oxnard, California; and Riverhead, New York.
