San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo
The 18-day San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo is back at the Frost Bank Center for another year of action-packed excitement, entertainment, and competition. Highlights include classic rodeo competitions like barrel racing and bull riding, as well as a junior livestock show, live music, fair foods, and more. This year’s post-rodeo concerts will include musical guests Wynonna Judd, Brad Paisley, Robert Earl Keen, and many more. The Classic Theatre of San Antonio presents A Raisin in the Sun
The story of a Black family in Chicago and their dreams, struggles, and resilience come to life on stage in the Cellar Theater at San Pedro Playhouse. Audiences can expect a poignant retelling of Lorraine Hansberry's iconic drama as the family receives a life-changing amount of money in the form of a life insurance check. Though set in the 1950s, this production explores the still-relevant concepts of racial discrimination, economic hardship, and the pursuit of happiness. Performances are scheduled through February 25.

Guadalupe Cultural Arts Center presents Texas Author Series: Dr. Carmen Tafolla
Author, poet, and motivational speaker Dr. Carmen Tafolla kicks off the Texas Author Series of 2024 with a reading at Guadalupe Cultural Art Center Latino Bookstore. Tony Diaz, literary curator of the Latino Bookstore, will host the evening. Guests will be able to get their book signed by Dr. Tafolla and can also enjoy refreshments during the reception. Admission is free and open to the public.
Tobin Center for the Performing Arts presents Cinema on Will's Plaza
Round up a few friends or family members and enjoy a free movie night under the stars at The Plaza at the Tobin Center. This month’s featured Cinema on Will’s Plaza film is the powerful drama Fences, starring Denzel Washington and Viola Davis. Guests are encouraged to arrive early and bring their own lawn chairs or blankets to ensure good outdoor seats. A full bar and concessions will be available to make the movie night complete. Admission is free.
Pat Green in concert at Gruene Hall
Texas country music artist Pat Green brings his talents to Gruene Hall for two days of back-to-back shows. The singer behind songs like “Carry On” and “Wave on Wave” comes to the San Antonio area in support of his 2022 album, Miles and Miles of You. Tickets are still available.
Haus of Erotique presents Alamo City Tease Burlesque Festival

The DoSeum presents Author Series: Andrea "Vocab" Sanderson
Poet Laureate Andrea “Vocab” Sanderson makes a stop at The DoSeum for an intimate afternoon of discussion and spoken word. Sanderson will give a reading of her poem Beautiful Creation. Visitors are encouraged to stick around once the poetry ends and explore the museum’s many creative and imaginative spaces. Museum admission is required to attend.
