San Antonio Parks Foundation presents Jazz In The Garden
Jazz in The Garden’s fall season of live music, fresh evening air, and the botanical beauty of San Antonio’s Japanese Tea Garden comes to a close with the final show. This month’s event features a live performance by Jose Amador & Terra Nova. Guests are welcome to bring their own blankets and lawn chairs to enjoy the show in comfort. Beverages and food will be available for purchase at the Jingu House. Admission to this event is free.
The Tobin Center presents H-E-B Cinema on the Plaza
Round up a few friends or family members and enjoy a free movie night under the stars at Will Naylor Smith River Walk Plaza at the Tobin Center. This month’s featured film is the animated hit The Incredibles. Guests are encouraged to arrive early and bring their own lawn chairs or blankets to ensure good outdoor seats. A full bar and concessions will be available to complete the movie night. Admission is free.
Broadway in San Antonio presents Mean Girls
The cult-favorite movie Mean Girls is coming to Majestic Theatre with a Broadway twist. This hit musical from a team including book writer Tina Fey will send audiences on a fetch journey through the life and trials of Cady Heron, a new student at a high school where The Plastics and Regina George rule with an iron fist. Performances are scheduled through November 10.
The Black Crowes in concert
American rock band The Black Crowes brings their talent to the Tobin Center for the Performing Arts. The group is known for songs such as “She Talks To Angels” and comes to Austin in support of their new album, Happiness Bastards. Tickets are available now.

Briscoe Western Art Museum presents Yanaguana Indian Arts Festival
Experience and appreciate the culture and artistic traditions of Native American communities when you attend the Yanaguana Indian Arts Festival. Guests can enjoy drum circles, dancing, storytelling, a spiritual blessing, and much more on the Briscoe Western Art Museum grounds. Traditional Native American-inspired food will also be available. Festival entry is free.
Vitamin String Quartet in concert
Chart-topping popular music is reimagined by way of string instruments at the Tobin Center for the Performing Arts. Guests can expect a setlist of musical renditions from Bridgerton, Taylor Swift, The Weeknd, Billie Eilish, and more. A select number of tickets are available.
