Broadway in San Antonio presents Water for Elephants
The story of a young man’s foray into starting his own traveling circus, and discovering that life and love can be found at any age, is brought to life at the Majestic Theatre. The Broadway adaptation of Water for Elephants features original songs such as “Anywhere/Another Train” and “The Lion Has Got No Teeth.” Performances are scheduled through January 25.

KRTU 91.7 FM presents 50th Anniversary Celebration
San Antonio jazz station KRTU 97.1 FM celebrates 50 years of captivating the airwaves with a special concert at Carver Community Cultural Center. The evening will feature a live set by the Trinity University Jazz Band in the lobby before the show and a headlining performance by Texan and Grammy-nominated vocalist Jazzmeia Horn. Admission is free and open to the public.
An Evening with Phil Rosenthal of Somebody Feed Phil
Writer and producer Phil Rosenthal sits down for an exclusive moderated conversation at the Aztec Theatre. The executive producer of Somebody Feed Phil and Everybody Loves Raymond will discuss his career in television, his life, travels, and more personal stories from his past. Tobin Center presents Chris Thile
Musician Chris Thile performs live at the Tobin Center for the Performing Arts. The mandolinist and songwriter is a four-time Grammy Award-winning artist and was a founding member of the bands Nickel Creek and Punch Brothers. In his solo career, Thile has released eight albums, including Laysongs, most recently in 2021. A limited number of tickets are available.
