Guadalupe Cultural Arts Center presents 43rd Annual CineFestival
The original San Antonio Latinx film festival returns to full in-person programming after a hiatus due to the pandemic. The five-day event will feature 85 films mostly from the Lone Star State and U.S. Latinx communities. Highlights include the opening night premiere of Pepe Serna, Life Is Art, the closing night world premiere of Cuerpo directed by San Antonio’s own Mark Zuñiga, and more. Broadway in San Antonio: Jesus Christ Superstar
Experience the musical phenomenon that is Jesus Christ Superstar at the Majestic Theatre. Tobin Center for the Performing Arts presents Cinema on Will's Plaza
Round up a few friends or family members and enjoy a free movie night under the stars at The Plaza at the Tobin Center. This month’s featured Cinema on Will’s Plaza film is the nostalgic Bohemian Rhapsody. Guests are encouraged to arrive early and bring their own lawn chairs or blankets. Maverick City Music and Kirk Franklin in concert with Jonathan McReynolds and Housefires
Gospel music superstar Kirk Franklin comes to San Antonio for a special co-headlining concert with Maverick City Music. Franklin’s decades-long career includes eight albums and hit songs such “I Smile” and “Revolution” among its accolades. Maverick City Music joins Franklin in support of their new EP, Breathe. The headliners will be joined by Jonathan McReynolds and Housefires. Select general admission tickets are still available.
