The life and legacy of San Antonio arts patron Robert Lynn Batts Tobin is celebrated at the McNay Art Museum's newest exhibition. This presentation showcases Tobin's expansion collection of rare artworks and beloved theater designs — pieces he acquired with the intention of sharing them with the public. Among the exhibition's highlights are drawings, sketches, costume designs, maquettes, rare books, and more. Following the opening weekend, the show will be on display through April 26.
Ranger Creek Brewing and Distilling presents Whiskey and Chocolate Pairing

The Spongebob Musical
The world’s most famous yellow sponge comes to life on the Majestic Theatre stage. Inspired by the groundbreaking Nickelodeon cartoon series, The Spongebob Musical reimagines life in Bikini Bottom in front of a live audience and with an original score. Familiar friends like characters Patrick, Sandy, and Squidward join Spongebob for a new adventure that all ages will enjoy. Performances through January 26.
San Antonio Symphony presents Tchaikovsky First Piano Concerto
Selections from composer Tchaikovsky’s First Piano Concerto are performed live by the San Antonio Symphony at Tobin Center for the Performing Arts. This concert features conductor Sebastian Lang-Lessing and pianist Olga Kern and will include Orchestra, Op. 23 and Tchaikovsky: Romeo and Juliet Overture-Fantasy on its set list of classical favorites. Tickets for both the January 24 and January 25 show are still available.
