Film buffs and art aficionados alike are invited to see six spectacular, hand-painted sound-stage backdrops from MGM's 1968 film The Shoes of the Fisherman, displayed alongside artwork from The Tobin Collection of Theatre Arts. Viewers can explore breathtaking backdrops coupled with modern theater designs and Renaissance artworks for a unique melding of the performing and visual arts. This exhibition is on display through April 4.
The Public Theater of San Antonio presents Thurgood
The life and legacy of Thurgood Marshall, the first Black Supreme Court justice, are honored via this livestream production from The Public Theater of San Antonio. Virtual viewers can expect a story rich in history and humor as they walk through the many incredible milestones achieved by Marshall. Sip cocktails at the new cocktail bar Amor Eterno
A new cocktail bar concept makes its Alamo City debut. Amor Eterno is the creation of Aaron Peña (owner of The Squeezebox) and Brian Correa (owner of Bar America), located in Southtown and offering a menu of handcrafted cocktails and Tejano street-inspired fare. Amor Eterno is located at 540 S. Presa St. and is open for dine-in service Wednesday and Thursday from 5 pm-12 am, Friday and Saturday from 5 pm-2 am, and Sunday from 1 pm-10 pm. COVID-19 safety precautions will be observed during business hours.

Austin-based DJ Mel's virtual Living Room Dance Party is dancing into the new year.
