World Vision will present the Global 6K for Water. Six kilometers is the average distance that people in the developing world walk for water, water that is often contaminated with life-threatening diseases. Thousands of participants from around the world will run or walk to help World Vision continue a mission that has already given 4.6 million people improved water access.

Each participant’s registration fee provides life-changing clean water for one person, so when you participate in the Global 6K for Water you take that 6K distance away from people in need. Registrants will receive a 6K t-shirt, race bib with a photo of the child he or she is walking and running for, and a medal.
