SAY Sí's ALAS Youth Theatre Company kicks off their annual fall showcase with their fist full virtual theatre production. This performance is part of a month-long student showcase called Quaranteens: A Time Capsule, featuring new works from all of the studios through September and October.
The Quaranteens virtual production will combine pre-recorded video with live comedic and dramatic scenes and performances. While in quarantine over the summer, SAY Si students participated in writing and movement workshops from their homes, and this show is the product of that writing. It will also feature a spoken word performance by nationally recognized performance poet, Ariana Brown.
