San Antonio Parks Foundation presents Sound and Bath Poetry

Sound and Bath Poetry features an evening of Sound Meditation accompanied by live poetry in the outdoor landscape. Sound Bath attendees are encouraged to arrive early and to bring their own personal mats or chairs, to enjoy either a laying or sitting experience.

Teletextile will present the one hour sound bath experience, and will be lead by Pamela Martinez, a Reiki master, educator, multi-instrumentalist and notable composer. A genre-hopping performer and musician, Martinez’s resume includes performing violin with a Carnatic Indian music ensemble. Local poets performing personal readings will include, Award-winning poets Charles Darnell and Natalia Treviño, Jeanie Sanders, member of the Sun Poet’s Society. Author Linda Simone will host the event.
