Musical Bridges Around the World will open its 25th Anniversary Season with "Jubilee: An Anniversary Exhibition," featuring over 30 visual artists who have exhibited their work in the Art Gallery and at other MBAW venues over the years. The exhibition will open with an artist reception and will include food, drink, and music outdoors during the reception.

Even before the Art Gallery at Musical Bridges made its public premiere in May 2013, visual artists were a vital part of the organization’s vision. Founding director Anya Grokhovski, an avid art collector and advocate, recruited visual artists as board members, supporters, and donors since the earliest days of MBAW programming. Inviting artists to exhibit in the lobby of performance venues, at fundraisers and other events, the visual arts have been part of our mission from the outset. "Jubilee" celebrates these artists and their contributions over the years, offering a survey of the work that has graced our walls and the direction these artists have taken since.

Following the opening reception, the exhibit will be on view through December 17.
