Chef Butch will be serving a delicious five course meal, paired with five craft beer samplings from Dogfish Head. Featuring a DFH tap take over and live music by Ben Griffith.

Menu:

  • Welcome: Namaste with a fried chicken potato croquette
  • 1st course: Midas Touch paired with a goat cheese and proscuitto stuffed grilled peach, peach chili syrup
  • 2nd course: Squall IPA paired with a beer and cheese soup, topped with tater tots and scallions
  • 3rd course: Biere de Provence paired with seared scallops, spring pea and baby arugula pesto
  • 4th course: Palo Santo Marron paired with Butch's Bad Ass Boudin Burger, apple cider braised pork belly, sriracha ketchup, bacon aioli and truffle chips
  • 5th course: Indian Brown Ale paired with pretzel bread pudding, vanilla icecream and salted caramel drizzle.
