Maverick Restaurant Group will present the opening of two new Italian concepts at Pearl in the fall of 2021. Allora is a stylish, full-service coastal Italian restaurant, and Arrosta is an Italian fast-casual cafe or tavola calda. The two new concepts intend to redefine the Italian culinary experience in San Antonio through stunning dining spaces, innovative recipes, and unique wine offerings. Allora will be located on the ground level of the Credit Human building, while Arrosta will be on the ground level of the adjacent Oxbow building.
San Antonio residents will be able to sample and offer feedback on the menu at a ticketed pop-up tasting hosted at Maverick Texas Brasserie. Admission will include four courses, including antipasti, pasta, main, and dolci, with additional wine pairings available.
