Karavan Studio will present GoLive!: A Weekend of Arab Music and Dance. The event will highlight the sounds of oud, qanun, and darbuka. This one-of-a-kind festival will showcase the rich heritage of Arab culture through improvisational dance and music.

Now in its fourth year, GoLive! brings together a roster of musicians, dancers, and instructors from across the globe. Dancers from San Antonio’s Karavan Studio have spent the past year in a program designed to use the inspiration of Arab music and its improvisational nature as a means for expanding their standard "Belly Dance" movement vocabulary.
