The Conrad N. Hilton College at San Antonio is proud to present the 2nd Annual Alamo Showdown Cook-Off, which showcases the best one-pot recipes using Alamo Beer. This year's teams include Rosemary’s Catering, Rio Rio Cantina, Grayze on Grayson, Wyndham Riverwalk, El Machito, Folc, Edera Osteria-Enoteca, Omni La Mansion, Kiolbassa, and Hyatt.
Proceeds from this event support the university's scholarship program.
