Garrison Brothers and Whiskey Cake will have a pairing dinner, where guests will enjoy a six-course meal featuring pan-seared Danevang striped bass, cabernet braised lamb shank, pappardelle mushroom ragout and more. Each course is paired with the distillery's award-winning small-batch bourbon, and Dan Garrison, proprietor and distiller, will be in attendance.
A portion of the proceeds from each ticket purchased will benefit the Texas Parks and Wildlife Foundation in an effort to restore, preserve and beautify Balmorhea State Park.
