Dashi will present the premier of their new wine tasting series, Vino & Vinyl. This special inaugural edition starring San Antonio favorite Chef Goro of acclaimed Godai Sushi, sweetheart sommelier Ceci Barretto, and Dashi executive resident Chef Jian Li, who will take guests on a libatious 10-course globally-inspired journey, complimented by fortified wine pairings and tastings.

Those with a penchant for heightened palates of taste and sound will experience a wine tasting that activates all sensory perceptions as they enjoy San Antonio's finest DJs spin vinyl with catalogues of hand-selected tracks and crisp organic sounds on turntables in this relaxed and accentuated setting.

A portion of proceeds will benefit Texas Food & Wine Alliance and help to foster awareness, support, and innovation in Texas culinary communities through grants, educational programming and events.
