The Culinary Institute of America at San Antonio’s vibrant signature restaurant, Nao Latin Gastro Bar, will host an exclusive dinner and educational seminar with vineyard director Luis Reginato of legendary Argentinian winery Catena Zapata.
The five-course dinner will feature dishes prepared by Executive Chef Zach Garza paired with exceptional and unique wines from the Mendoza region of Argentina, poured by Luis Reginato himself.
