In celebration of Day of the Dead, or Día de Muertos, Reynosa native and Clementine Sous Chef Carlos Martinez will lead a mole making demo. Participants will learn firsthand how to create one of Mexico’s most complex and infamous sauces. In addition to light bites, Mexican beer and wine, and taste testing a variety of moles, guests will also receive samples to enjoy at home and recipes to put their mole making skills to the test.
