The Children's Chorus of San Antonio presents Ballads of the Borderland

eventdetail

Every family has a story to tell. Ethan Wickman's new composition Ballads of the Borderland is a sweeping tale of our cultural history - weaving together powerful texts of John Philip Santos with the spirited stories and artifacts of those who lived the tale and helped mold our cultural mosaic.

The work will feature the Children's Chorus of San Antonio, SOLI Chamber Ensemble, Tynan Davis as soloist, and the San Antonio Chamber Choir as they journey through 11 movements portraying the heirlooms and historical interviews of San Antonio's origins.
