"Fünf" exhibiting artist Ethel Shipton and actor, writer, stand-up comic Sarah Fisch will host an evening of conversations with artists and community members who have been integral to the past and present of the Blue Star Arts Complex. Nate Cassie, Jayne Lawrence, Leigh Anne Lester, Tatum, and Ramin Samandari will share their work and history, highlighting the artist role in building and sustaining our creative community.
This progressive evening will lead visitors back in time to the beginning of the Arts Complex in the 1980s with the artists who were some of the original studio and gallery tenants. Guests will visit some of the Complex’s quirkiest spaces, while enjoying food and drink highlighting the eclectic mix now found in and around the Arts Complex.
