The San Antonio Cocktail Conference brings together top bartenders and cocktail enthusiasts for five days o educational seminars, guided tastings, and cocktail parties. Presented by Houston Street Charities, the conference donates 100 percent of its profits to benefit children.

The conference features multiple events taking place at various venues; go to the official website for a full list of events. Featured events include:

• Thursday, January 12: Opening Night at the Doseum presented by World Car: From the moment you enter the DoSeum, it will be a whimsical party and a stellar celebration, with a variety of music and food offered throughout every part of the DoSeum to accent the cocktails.
• Friday, January 13: Waldorf on the Prairie: Step out in style at Friday Night’s festivities at the historic St. Anthony Hotel. The evening will be a unique blend of old New York Edwardian-era décor and romance, reminiscent of the world’s foremost grand hotel – the Waldorf Astoria – and old Texas charm, as only San Antonio and the St. Anthony can do it. This event takes over the downstairs of this downtown gem, where you'll experience cocktails paired with music and food, in the grandeur of crystal chandeliers and marble floors.
• Saturday, January 14: Stroll on Houston Street - This event takes place at the hub of late-night Downtown San Antonio where you can wander through a street full of great parties during the evening’s festivities. There will be a live orchestra on the plaza, and cocktails, food, and live music at every location along the two block stroll, from Bohanan’s Restaurant & Bar to IBC Plaza, and pop-up locations in between.
• Sunday, January 15: ​Hendrick’s Departure Lounge - Attendees can stop by before their flight, relax, and have a Hendrick’s cocktail, grab a parting gift, and ride a complimentary shuttle service to the airport, courtesy of Hendrick’s Gin.
