The Alzheimer’s Association is inviting San Antonio and surrounding area residents to unite in a movement to reclaim the future for millions by participating in the Alzheimer’s Association Walk to End Alzheimer’s. Participants will learn more about Alzheimer's disease, advocacy opportunities, clinical studies enrollment and support programs and services. Walk participants also honor those affected by Alzheimer's disease with the poignant Promise Garden ceremony.
In addition to the two-mile walk, participants will enjoy music, food, a children’s play area sponsored by Valero, a Pet Zone for the furry members of the family, and a special tribute to those who have experienced or are experiencing Alzheimer’s.
