San Antonio's AT&T Center debuts delicious concessions for Spurs fans
Spurs fans will get their fill of tasty new food options this season. In time for the first regular season home game on October 29, AT&T Center has debuted new concepts and concessions.
Three new concepts will open on the Plaza and H-E-B Fan Zone levels, satisfying fan cravings for San Antonio staples and greasy goodness.
SA BBQ serves up barbecue classics, as well as Tex-Mex twists. On the menu are house-smoked brisket and turkey sandwiches, pork sausage on a roll, and brisket nachos made with a choice of tortilla chips or chicharrones; prices range from $8 to $12.
Two locations of Fruteria de la Arena will delight with two types of fruit cups, aguas frescas, and pan de polvo cookies. And the aptly named Loop & Kernel offers gourmet pretzels with choice of house-made dipping sauce (lager mustard, three-cheese, or cream cheese frosting), plus popcorn.
Stadium go-to Texas Fare has four new fair-inspired foods this season: a corn dog; fried Mexican street corn; funnel cake; and Two Pigs on a Stick, pork loin wrapped in bacon that's roasted and served with horseradish honey mustard.
For those with charter level access, Levy Restaurants has beefed up menus at three of its outposts. SA Grille now serves carne asada tacos, in addition to new burger and nacho of the month options. Roadhouse has a new turkey melt and Southwestern fried chicken sandwich. And Crust is serving a supreme pizza, an Italian chicken sandwich, and a convenient BLT&C salad in a jar.
These tasty new bites will be awaiting hungry fans all season.
